The Methodist Women meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:45 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month. Our meetings include devotionals, programs, work projects, and of course, refreshments! Our work projects for 2007 include sending "care packages" to a person in the military, sacking beans and rice for our local food pantry, helping primary grade teachers prepare projects for their pupils, sending new and washed underwear to area schools for children who might have "accidents" while at school, preparing the actuary for Easter services, providing snacks for the F.R.O.G. program, and preparing refreshments for Bible School. The Methodist Women group upsholds the importance of education, service to church and community, uplifting the spirits of those around us, and personal spiritual enrichment. All women of the church are invited to come to the monthly meetings and participate in the worship and activites that we do.
